You will have time to work and attend the OJC presentation.
We will send you a Teams invitation a few weeks in advance to block this time in your calendars.
You will be able to attend in person in the large Open Space in building 2.
For lunch (12:30 p.m.), we will provide pizzas for you. Below you will find the list of pizzas and their ingredients.

You will have time to work or attend the organized Lunch & Learn. The sessions are not mandatory!

You can attend in person in room 6 on the ground floor, or alternatively, you can attend remotely from your workstation.
For those who have responded to this evening at the beach, we will meet you at 6 p.m. in the OJC parking lot.
We will head to Moustérian beach (10 minutes by car) with the 8-seater van and our colleagues' cars. This evening will be an opportunity for us to enjoy a last evening together in Séné, with an aperitif, meal, games and swimming if you wish. If you have beach games, feel free to bring them.
We will provide soft drinks, appetizers, and the meal will be prepared by a local caterer. We do not provide alcoholic beverages* . Above you will find a map indicating the available parking lots in red and, in yellow, the path to follow to reach the beach where we will be.
Regarding the weather, if it is not on our side, we will get back to you by email to announce the program changes.
