OJC gathering (September 2024) - Tuesday, September 10th

Program

Don’t miss today’s three “Lunch & Learn” events:

10:30 p.m. -11:30 p.m.: Presentation of the Igrafx platform by Katy and co-hosted with Jérome (Igrafx).
3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.: REX Bravida by Lucy, Criss, Charisse and Sreejith.
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Presentation of the XELIX platform by Dave and co-hosted with Madeline (XELIX).

We will also take advantage of this day to take individual photos of the new arrivals at OJC.
Come in "business" attire! We will start the photo sessions at 9:30 a.m. and will get back to you via Teams.

We will also take a group photo and send you a Teams invitation for 10:15 a.m. Prepare your best smile!

Morning

You will have time to work or attend the organized presentation. Attendance at the session is optional!

You will be able to attend in person in the large Open Space in building 2.

Noon

Let’s share a breath of fresh air and a lunch break at Lamor Gwened , in Vannes!

Meet at 12:15 p.m. at the OJC parking lot. We will walk there, as it is only 10 minutes from our offices. Once there, we will distribute your picnics. We will stay there until 1:40 p.m.

Afternoon

You will have time to work or attend the organized Lunch & Learn. The sessions are not mandatory!

3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.: REX Bravida by Lucy, Criss, Charisse and Sreejith.
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Presentation of the XELIX platform by Dave and co-hosted with Madeline (XELIX).

You can attend in person in room 6 on the ground floor, or alternatively, you can attend remotely from your workstation.

Evening

Fraya, bar & restaurant

We invite you to Fraya in Vannes around 7:30 p.m. for a Tapas evening. For this evening, we have privatized part of the restaurant terrace.

You will have tapas available as well as 3 glasses of wine (red/white/rosé) and/or non-alcoholic drinks offered. For those who wish to consume more, the costs will be at your expense.

To find your way from OJC to Fraya, click here. It takes you 20 minutes on foot. Otherwise, we ask those who can to carpool together.

Football tournament

Another meeting is planned from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the annual football tournament. We will be 6 teams of 5 employees. We will leave the office at 6:15 p.m., please meet in the OJC parking lot. We will have at our disposal an 8-seater van as well as the cars of our various employees to get there.

Don't forget your sports gear and a change of clothes.

At the end of the match, for those who are motivated, we can join the others in town at Fraya.
